• The application is a network management suite designed to monitor and control Ascom-Timeplex telecommunication devices. It is deployed in two configurations, stand-alone, and as an addition to an HP OpenView system.

For their high-end deployments, the option of a load-sharing distributed database approach is very beneficial.

• Thread support - Objectivity’s support for independent pre-emptive multi-threading was important to Ascom-Timeplex meeting their performance and system throughput goals.
