TRINAV

• The TRILOGY system is WesternGeco’s combination of proprietary hardware and software for acquiring and processing marine seismic data. Its development was driven by the industry need to efficiently handle ever-increasing volumes of data

• The TRINAV module of the TRILOGY system collects GPS, acoustic, compass and other sensor data, computes the network node positions, calculates source and receiver positions and stores the raw data and results in Objectivity/DB.

July 2009 - System currently uses 9.4.1, Java 1.6, Solaris 64bit.
